UMHS accepts a PDF of the most current American Medical College Application Service (AMCAS), American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine Application Service (AACOMAS), Ontario Medical School Application Service (OMSAS), or Texas Medical and Dental Schools Application Service (TMDSAS) application.

Reminder: Your personalized application fee waiver code will be applied by the admissions team once they have reviewed your PDF submission. If you have already started a UMHS application and you reach the fee payment section, please do not pay the application fee. The admissions team will allow you to submit your application without requiring you to pay the app fee.
